PES 2021 Jon Champion Commentary by Predator002
After spending months getting this file up and running, he devoted his time listening to each comment and compiling the greatest comments from Pes 2015. "Predator002" was finally able to get these files up and running thanks to the "nesa24" comment server.
As you can expect, this is a lengthy process, and despite the efforts, even at this level, things aren't flawless, but it is quite useful.
In terms of remarks, Peter utilized a variety of styles that John had never discussed in Pes2015. In this package, these comments are either blank or have been replaced with better comments of different kinds.
Most of the time, a lot of trial and error, but I'll try to fill in those comments as I make further updates.
- Predator002
First, as indicated in the download article, Predator002 would recommend updating the lua module to include the 50_Main files. He also included how to enable the comment server to utilize tournament IDs instead of team IDs as a personal modification. Peter / Jim can comment on league games, whereas John / Jim can comment on cup games in this configuration.
Usage Notes:
- Designed for Pes2020/Pes2021 with Commentary Server installed.
- Contains comments and callnames from Jon Champion and Jim Beglin.
Additional Information:
- Update 'commentary-server.lua' by adding the following entries to the local patterns: -
- "sound\\awb\\50_MAIN.awb",
- "sound\\acb\\50_MAIN.acb",
- You can set Commentary Server to use tournament ids instead of team ids by: -
- Opening 'commentary-server.lua' module in notepad and replace the 1 occurrence of ctx.home_team with ctx.tournament_id.
How to install:
- Ensure Commentary Server by nesa24 is installed.
- Download and extract contents to your content\commentary-server directory.
- When installed, expect to find a 'use' folder inside the 'commentary-server' directory.
- You can now your 'commentary-server.txt' file adding 'use' as an assignable language.
